Marking 15 Years of Leadership with Launch of New Website

Fifteen years ago, Thayer Leadership was founded with a bold vision: to build leaders of character (for the corporate world), the West Point Way. What began as the Thayer Leader Development Group, collaborating with a handful of visionary CEOs who are West Point graduates, has since evolved into a globally recognized institute in character-based leadership development. Since our inception, we have been privileged to have delivered transformative experiences to over 125,000 corporate leaders around the globe – quite the leap from the 1,500 leaders we served in our first year.

With great excitement about our anniversary, we unveil a new website – a reflection of our continued growth. This is a big step forward in showcasing our unique differentiation in the leader development industry. The website has a new visual identity featuring dynamic video, imagery, motion, and an updated color palette, paired with enhanced functionality and enriched content. This refreshed platform will strengthen our brand identity, engage new audiences, and continue to deliver value to our trusted clients.

Equally as exciting this year is the milestone of being recognized, for the first time, as one of Training Industry’s Top 20 Leadership Training Companies – after having spent eight consecutive years on the “watchlist” (the Top 40). It is a testament to the unwavering support, deep expertise, and passion you bring to our mission, clients, and team members regularly.  As the only organization on the Top 20 list with a foundation in military leadership, we are proud to stand among the world’s best – the giants in the industry.
