Experience highly interactive sessions of theory and practice grounded in military leadership principles, frameworks, and academic rigor that have practical applications in corporate settings. Faculty share personal insights about how they have applied these principles in their military, academic, and corporate careers. Participants discuss and apply the concepts as it relates to their own environments.

Unparalleled Experiential Practice

Practice new leadership skills and tools in unique outdoor, virtual, and indoor environments to test the behaviors, actions, and outcomes and prepare to transfer learning back to work. A facilitated debrief as the culminating event helps participants identify how to apply the learnings to their own roles and organizations.

Tenured faculty serve as trusted mentors before, during, and after the program experience, laying a foundation for success by integrating key learnings and supporting the development of actionable post-program plans.
