Once a mutual NDA is in place, client data is collected by the Business Development and Executive Teams through engagement surveys, organizational climate assessments, stakeholder discussions, and other quantitative and qualitative analysis. An agenda and proposal, including the associated investment, are shared for feedback and refinement.
After contract approval, faculty are requested and the venue is confirmed, and further discussions with the client and faculty clarify objectives and challenges. A Program Manager is assigned to oversee logistics, including distributing virtual session links, granting online course access, and handling travel preparations and waivers. The Instructional Design, Digital Learning, and Product Development Teams customize the content and delivery methods for the client’s unique needs.
Program collateral and communications are sent to participants and stakeholders. Sessions are delivered through virtual, online, or in-person formats. Afterward, post-session evaluations are collected, and a follow-up review with the stakeholders help refine delivery and messaging for future programs.
Program evaluations are sent to the client, followed by an After-Action Review (AAR) call with stakeholders to debrief and discuss the feedback. A 30-day check-in serves as a rally point to maintain mutual accountability for each participant’s Action Plan, share best practices and success stories, and evaluate challenges along with strategies for overcoming them.
Sustainment options are considered with stakeholders to further embed and expand the program’s learnings across the organization.
