Coaching begins by establishing a strong relationship to foster greater self-awareness. Our coaches create an environment of trust, encouraging vulnerability, and setting the stage for open, honest conversations through active listening.
This personalized coaching experience builds on a participant’s Thayer program by transforming insights—gathered through their training and TLI Self or 360° assessments—into confidential, actionable development goals. Working closely with a coach, participants review growth opportunities and key program materials, such as their Leadership Philosophy, to co-create a tailored Action Plan. Typically delivered in one or two sessions, this coaching engagement often begins with a virtual meeting to establish rapport and maximize impact.
This coaching engagement, initiated by either the individual or a key stakeholder, typically extends across three or more sessions, scheduled biweekly or monthly. While independent of any specific program, it can build on Action-Plan Coaching as a natural extension of the development journey. Some clients choose to continue these engagements for years.
