Thayer Leadership Partners with Hiring Our Heros and the 4+1 Commitment

Thayer Leadership is excited to announce our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes (HOH), a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation initiative that connects the military community with meaningful employment opportunities. We officially became a 4+1 Hiring Our Heroes Partner on August 26, 2024.

We’re especially proud to have signed the Hiring Our Heroes 4+1 Commitment to Hire Military Spouses. This pledge reflects our commitment to actively recruit, hire, promote, and retain military spouses, while offering remote or flexible roles whenever possible. Supporting military spouses is not just the right thing to do—it is essential to sustaining the all-volunteer force and strengthening our national workforce.
