Thayer Leadership is exceptionally grateful to BG (Ret.) Maureen LeBoeuf, Ed.D. for her dedication and invaluable contributions to our popular Battle-Tested Open Enrollment Program. As she steps down from this, we wanted to say thank you for being an inspiration to thousands of leaders!
- For the past 15 years, Maureen has been one of two Senior Advisors for this program—an essential role for a trusted, legacy faculty member who guides reflection, encourages dialogue, and helps participants translate theory into personal relevance.
- She also played a pivotal role as a mentor and trusted guide to Thayer Leadership as the program evolved over the years, serving in X number of Open Enrollment programs.
- Maureen has been a powerful role model for our Open Enrollment participants, frequently receiving personal, handwritten letters years later that speak to the lasting impact her leadership has had on their personal growth and career success.
- One of her enduring contributions has been helping participants develop their own leadership philosophies—clearly articulating values and expectations to build trust and guide teams toward success. You can learn how to create your own “written handshake” in her co-authored article: Creating, Sharing, and Living a Leadership Philosophy
Maureen also authored the book, Developing Your Philosophy of Living & Leading One Moment at a Time, in which she shares the stories that have affected not only how she lives her life, but also how she overcame obstacles, broke through barriers, and grew to become an unexpected yet outstanding leader starting at a very early age.
