Keith began his Army career as an armored cavalry Second Lieutenant and rose through the ranks to Lieutenant General. He most recently served as the Director of the U. S. Army Capabilities Integration Center. As the “architect of the Army,” Keith developed, evaluated, and integrated concepts and requirements for Army equipment, training, leader development, and organizational design for worldwide operations. He validated research and development priorities for key Army science and technology needs and developed integrated architectures for operations.
Keith’s passion is leader development. He has extensive senior executive experience through the strategic level, with assignments that included leadership and management positions in U. S. Army and Joint and Combined Forces, and thirteen years of overseas operational assignments with U. S. partners in Iraq, Kuwait, Kosovo, Bosnia, Germany,
and Belgium.
Keith is a member of the Board of Directors of AVEM Health Partners and the Board of Directors of Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association. He has served as the Chairman of the West Point Society of DC and as a member of the Board of Directors for Stark Aerospace and Dedrone Defense. Keith was an Associate Director at Strategia Worldwide, a member of the Board of Advisors of Israeli Aerospace Industries – North America, Inc, and an advisor to Flashback Technologies, Inc, MemRe Inc, and OHANA. In addition to his Army and Industry experience, Keith has conducted world class leadership training for the top executives of many of the Fortune 500 companies.
