Experience

Katie is a 2015 graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to graduating, Katie completed an internship at a resort in the Pocono area at Skytop Lodge as a reservations agent and continued to work there part time as she finished her degree. Upon graduating from college, she worked as a front desk and reservations agent at The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point. From there, she joined the Thayer Leadership team as an Operations Coordinator for 2.5 years. In 2019, Katie joined the Program Management team as an Assistant Program Manager and then as a Program Manager.

Katie is a native of the Hudson Valley, specifically Highland Falls, and has enjoyed all the opportunities that Thayer Leadership has brought her. At Thayer Leadership, she finds working with some of the premier Military leaders of our nation a privilege and an honor.

Personal

Katie is very physically active and holds a personal training certification. She has a passion for animals and has spent time volunteering at a local animal shelter (while she’s not busy taking care of her 4 dogs). Katie loves traveling to new countries, especially in Europe and the Caribbean. She is a sports enthusiast (Go Colts! Go Yankees!) and takes any chance she gets to attend games in person.
