Jen Wright has worked and volunteered for numerous Army organizations with distinction. After receiving a B.S. in Education from Armstrong University, Jen found her path to training and developing co-workers and peers in a multitude of training development programs and positions; professionally and as a volunteer. Her internal drive to understand leadership and be a great leader led her to pursue a M.A. in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Finding her niche in Army Family Team Building, Jen has taught and written curriculum for the three levels of program: Army basics, personal growth, and leadership development, as well as teaching at the Department of the Army level as a CORE trainer specializing in connecting curriculum objectives to unique and powerful activities. In her most recent position, Jen worked in Operations for The Center for the Army Profession and Ethic planning SEC Army and 4-star level symposiums to help advocate the Army’s professional standards.
