Francis Q. Hoang is a veteran entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of a collaborative AI platform transforming how students learn and professionals work. Recognized as a national leader in AI readiness, France has built this platform into the primary AI infrastructure for over 100 colleges and universities and more than 120 companies — bridging the gap between education and an AI-enabled workforce. He speaks frequently on AI literacy and the development of “AI native workteams” that enhance human excellence through technology rather than replace it.
France has been on the founding teams of companies generating over $600 million in combined sales and employing over 1,200 professionals across law, aerospace, defense, and technology. His career spans over 25 years of national security experience, with service in every branch of the U.S. Government.
Appointed by President George W. Bush as Associate White House Counsel and Special Assistant to the President, France subsequently mobilized as the Executive Officer of a U.S. Army Special Forces Company for a combat deployment in Southeast Afghanistan. He previously deployed to the Former Yugoslavia during Operations JOINT ENDEAVOR and JOINT GUARD, served as Deputy Chief of Police and SWAT Commander for Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, clerked for Judge Thomas Griffith on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, practiced law at Williams & Connolly, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.
