Experience

Tania spent significant time assigned to operational force units at the Division and Corps level. In her final years of service, Tania managed all aspects of human resources for the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG Corps), a global organization of 10,000+ people, including recruiting and retention. During her career, Tania served in numerous assignments throughout the U.S. and in Europe. She led teams of over 200 diverse personnel and managed budgets up to 84.5 million dollars. Tania has been a prosecutor, a national security law attorney, a general counsel, a legal aid attorney, a claims attorney, an Army liaison to Congress, and a senior managing partner. Tania also led teams and served as the senior legal advisor to General Officers while deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Tania thrives on physical fitness and is an avid gym rat, where she can frequently be found in the early morning hours. She also enjoys learning about human dynamics and ways to affect a positive, healthy, and encouraging environment full of goodness.
