Experience

After graduating from the United States Military Academy, David’s military career began with leading small infantry units in Germany and culminated in leading an organization chartered to develop, deliver, and sustain worldwide combat forces management software. He served as a follower and leader at many organizational levels across a broad range of assignments. Upon retirement from the Army, Dave established a project management and leadership development consulting firm. In this capacity, he continues to serve the Army as a senior project system engineer consultant and leadership coach. Dave’s formal training as a leadership coach enabled him to create new internal thinking models about leadership development and growth. He has applied this training as a certified coach within the Army Coaching Program – an individualized program that provides feedback on Soldiers’ careers and helps them achieve their goals. Dave establishes a whole-person approach founded upon fundamental character truths. He trains teams to identify and commit to values and actions that support individual and organizational success.
