Tania served as an Army Judge Advocate (uniformed lawyer) for 30 years. She spent most of those years in leadership positions, training, coaching, and mentoring teams. Tania spent significant time assigned to U.S. Army operational force units comparable in size to civilian major business divisions and large enterprise-level conglomerates. In her final years of service, Tania managed all aspects of human resources for the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG Corps), a global organization of 10,000+ people, including recruiting and retention. During her career, Tania served in numerous assignments throughout the U.S. and in Europe. She led teams of over 200 diverse personnel and managed budgets up to $84.5 million. Tania has been a prosecutor, national security law attorney, general counsel, legal aid attorney, claims attorney, Army liaison to Congress, and senior managing partner. Tania also led teams and served as the senior legal advisor to general officers while deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Her experience in leading teams through challenging and ever-changing situations has reinforced her conviction that investing in personal and team development, providing clear direction, and empowering team members to create solutions yields successful outcomes, regardless of the mission.
