Joseph was born and raised in Yonkers, New York.  He graduated from Westchester Community College in 2020, earning his associate degree in Cybersecurity. He then continued his education at Pace University, earning his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2022.

In 2021, he received a certificate of Community Engagement for his participation in the Service-Learning Partnership between AHRC New York City and Pace University.

Prior to employment at Thayer Leadership, Joseph was a Student Assistant at Pace University Pleasantville Campus.  In addition to being proficient in working with computers, he also has experience with information technology, web design, coding, and identifying software vulnerabilities. He believes in the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and perseverance when problem-solving.

In his free time, Joseph enjoys running, swimming, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
