Thayer Leadership’s headquarters are located at the historic Thayer Hotel on the grounds of the United States Military Academy (U.S.M.A.) at West Point in the beautiful Hudson Valley, a short hour from New York City. For over 200 years, U.S.M.A., one of our country’s most treasured landmarks, has been producing leaders of character who are prepared to provide selfless service to our Army and the nation. The Frederic V. Malek West Point Visitors Center is a must see on your visit to West Point. Mr. Fred Malek, U.S.M.A. Class of ‘59, was a philanthropist, recipient of the 2014 Distinguished Graduate Award, one of the owners of the Historic Thayer Hotel and one of the co-founders of Thayer Leadership. The state-of-the-art facility architecturally blends the past with today and includes numerous multi-sensory exhibits that immerse you in West Point’s rich tradition and history.
