Thayer Leadership Officially Inducted into MSEP Class of 2024, Strengthening Commitment to Military Spouse Employment
Thursday, February 06, 2025

Tara Green, Senior Director of Education, and Christine Rose, Human Resources Manager, proudly represented Thayer Leadership as our company was officially inducted into the MSEP Class of 2024 on January 29, 2025, at the MSEP Annual Partner Meeting in Washington D.C. They officially signed the MSEP Statement of Support, committing to the Department of Defense's mission to reduce military spouse unemployment.

In August 2024, Thayer Leadership joined forces with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), a collaboration with the Department of Defense. As a dedicated strategic partner, we are committed to offering valuable career opportunities and resources to military spouses, who make up 20% of our talented team driving excellence in leader development programs.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to network with other MSEP employers, military and government representatives, and military installation service providers. It allowed us to connect, gain insights, and walk away with actionable strategies to strengthen our commitment to recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouses.

It was also a chance to highlight the Patriots in Business Award, presented annually in partnership with Chief Executive magazine, to honor exceptional businesses that lead the nation in supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families. Two of the event sponsors, Fiserv and Comcast Universal, are distinguished past honorees of the Patriots in Business Award. The application for the 2025 award opens on April 1 and closes on June 30.
