Pratt & Whitney Gets Its Team Humming With TLDG Support

We are honored to partner with Pratt & Whitney and be featured in Forbes with them. We worked with approximately 250 of P&W's top leaders for the past 18 months delivering military leadership lessons.  The article points out P&W's self-reported results:

  • Voluntary attrition down from 7% in 2016 to 2% in 2018
  • Employees of supervisors who have been through TLDG score 8 points higher in job satisfaction than those who have not been through our training.

Bob Leduc, President of Pratt & Whitney stated "TLDG was kind of a missing brick in the wall for us. We knew what we wanted to do; we weren’t quite sure how to go about doing it in a meaningful, purposeful way. I think what TLDG brought us was a tried and proven leadership model of the Army."  They have achieved tremendous growth and we are proud to have been part of their journey.
