Pat is originally from Colorado but lived the first half of her life in three countries and seven states, as an Army daughter and then an Air Force wife. On her last adventure, before arriving to the Hudson Valley, she attended classes in Germany and sold photography equipment while playing competitive softball and racquetball all over Europe.

Over the next 20 plus years, she raised five children, cultivated strong roots in her community, and volunteered for a wide variety of organizations. Life events returned her to the workforce and the military, where for the last 9 years, she served as a Family Readiness Officer for eight Marine Forces Reserve units in New York and California. She has also served as Family Child Care Director, Youth Services Director, and Recreation Aide in New Windsor, New York. Pat returned from California to New York to be with family and friends.
