Nicole was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York. She graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Criminology and Middle Eastern Studies with a concentration in Arabic. She has always had the upmost respect for our military and a passion for all things planning, organizing, and making connections with new people.

Prior to being hired at Thayer Leadership, she worked with the Smoothie King franchise in their social media department for the past 4 years. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She cherishes Sundays at home with her mom, step-father, and younger sister cooking a big Italian pasta dinner with all of the typical accompaniments- most importantly- the red wine. Other activities that make her happy are working out, playing with her dogs Kona (Black Lab) and Dakota (English Mastiff), and cooking. She has had the opportunity to travel in and out of the United States and looks forward to more adventures around the world and learning about our team members and company.
