Mimi Garcia joined Thayer Leadership in March 2010 as the Learning Coordinator/Office Manager after she worked as an Assistant Conference Planner with GE at the Crotonville location. Over the last 5 years, Mimi evolved to additional responsibilities from managing programs to currently serving as Client Relations Director.

For over 8 years, Mimi was an active Realtor in Westchester County, New York for Better Homes & Gardens, Rand Real Estate. Throughout her career, she received multiple sales awards to include the President and Leading Edge Award for exceeding sales and goals. Mimi served on the Board of the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, NYC chapter as a Coordinator for the meetings. Mimi was also a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors and Women’s Realtor Association.

Mimi Garcia is bilingual in English and Spanish, originally from the Dominican Republic residing in the great state of New York for many years. She attended Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York where she received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing.

Mimi is skilled and accomplished in martial arts; her outside professional interests include volunteering with her local church, walking, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her adult children and family in Westchester County.
