Jake graduated in 2022 from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree.  During his time at Iona, Jake participated in many group projects and events that involved working closely with Iona University's Marketing team, as well as other brands to better help improve their Social Media Marketing Capabilities.  Jake’s focus was on supporting marketing campaigns, internal/external marketing activities, reaching target audiences through social media channels, and examining marketing data.  Jake also has first-hand experience with customer service, having worked at both Nordstrom as a Service Experience Specialist and as an Assistant Office Manager at North East Pest Control.

Personally, Jake grew up on a lake and spent most of his winters up in the Adirondacks, so there is no surprise that he loves the outdoors, especially the winter.  Jake enjoys backcountry snowboarding and rock climbing; when Jake is not waist deep in snow half way up one of the Adirondack high peak, he's spending time with his family and close friends.
