Prior to joining Thayer Leadership, Barbara spent the last 27 years in the hospitality industry, starting as a Catering Coordinator and working her way up to Conference Service Manager at the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel.  She has a passion for details, volunteering, and our military.

Barabara is a lifelong resident of Monroe, NY.  She loves spending time with her family, three dogs, and friends. In her spare time, she volunteers for the American Legion Unit #488 Auxiliary as Secretary raising money and providing assistance to active-duty military, Veterans, their families, and our community.
