Allison Wilhelm
(Marist College)
Assistant Program Manager

Allison graduated with a degree in Journalism from Marist College (Go Red Foxes!). After moving to Colorado with her college-sweetheart-turned-husband, Andrew, an '08 West Point grad, she leased apartments, then landed a job at the local TV station, KRDO Newschannel 13.

Through seven military moves in 16 years, Allison was a stay-at-home mother, she homeschooled during the pandemic, was a long-term substitute teacher for elementary and middle schools, and continues to be a literacy tutor for young learners.

Fueled by a passion to build community, to inspire, and to normalize chaos, Allison has spent much of her adult life writing about her experiences as an Army wife, on her now-retired blog, Keep Calm and Soldier On. In her free time, Allison is currently penning her first middle-grade novel for kids who have said "see you later" more times in their short lives than anyone should have to in a lifetime, for the kids with library cards from multiple states, for her own kids…Army Brats.

Allison lives on West Point with her three Army Brats and her husband Andrew, a USMA Academy Professor in Physics & Nuclear Engineering. She is passionate about singing, writing, reading and desserts!
