Alicia is a life long resident of Highland Falls and a 2018 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania where she received a bachelors degree in Engineering Management. During college she spent her time serving as Vice President of her sorority, Phi Mu, playing intramural sports, and welcoming new students as a student ambassador. Alicia spent her summers working locally with the town recreation department and working concessions at Bear Mountain State Park. 

After college, Alicia returned to New York and began work with a construction company in Westchester County. Using her degree and experience, she hopes to bring both business and technical aspects together in her role at Thayer Leadership. In her free time, Alicia enjoys kayaking, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
