Experience

Dick capped his 34-year military career as a Lieutenant General serving as the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force and Director of the Air Staff, Headquarters, U.S Air Force. After he transitioned from the Air Force, he served as Executive Vice President of the nearly 100,000-member Air Force Association in Arlington, Virginia. His vast experience in the U.S. Military includes a number of key USAF and Joint military positions. 

Dick served as the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower and Personnel, the senior Air Force official responsible for the comprehensive plans and policies for nearly 670,000 military and civilian Air Force members. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the $10B for profit Army & Air Force Exchange Service retail global store chain. 

Dick also has other significant corporate board experience including Director, Victory Capital Management, Inc., Victory Portfolios III Board of Trustees and previously Director, ELTA North America, the U.S. subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries, North America, among others. He is presently the Chief Operating Officer of BenchMark5 Management Consulting firm in south Florida. Dick previously served as the Executive Director of the prestigious Union League Club in New York City which has a long-standing record of distinguished service to our country.

Dick addresses many audiences on a number of topics to include National Security, Leadership Development, and Air, Space and Cyber power. He is also the Senior National Security Contributor for the NewsNation cable news network and provides commentary on iHeart Radio.
